    TIM ATKINS - Director

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Tim provides guidance to Titanium Property Investment in all areas of property investment, development, leasing and management.

    Industry background:

    Tim has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and has extensive expertise in property investment. Much of this expertise was acquired through a 14 year career at Lend Lease, where he held senior roles in the construction and retail divisions. His responsibilities included property management, leasing, marketing and portfolio development.

    He also held senior management roles at Stockland for four years. During this time he managed the retail development pipeline and grew the development book of the retail investment portfolio from circa AU$100 million to more than AU$1.5 billion.

    Tim was also responsible for the Retail Projects Division at Stockland which specialised in acquiring, developing and trading bulky goods and outlet centres. Tim was then a principal at Ticor Development where he oversaw the development pipeline including Mirina Mirage, Moore Park and Nerang.

  • Charles Raymond

    CHARLES RAYMOND - Director

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Charles provides guidance to Titanium Property Investment in areas of corporate advisory, fund management, portfolio management, asset management and corporate finance.

    Industry background:

    Charles has over 20 years experience in the domestic and international funds management sector which he gained through holding senior fund management and finance roles at APN Property Group, IPST, Mirvac, GRW Property and VFMC.

    He has considerable domestic and international experience in creation and management of investment vehicles, capital raising, property acquisition, structured finance and treasury.

    Charles is a Director and Responsible Officer of Titanium’s AFSL licenced subsidiary, Terraplex Pty Ltd.


    TONY GILCHRIST - Director

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Tony provides guidance to Titanium Property Investments in all areas of property investment, development, asset management and leasing.

    Industry background:

    Tony held the position of Head of Development at Novion Property Group (formerly CFS Retail Property Trust Group) from February 2007 until the end of 2014. During the preceding six years he was General Manager of Development and Asset Management. His experience covers capital transactions, portfolio management, leasing and all facets of development management.

    During his time at Novion Property Group, Tony led the development team to successfully deliver 44 development projects totalling over AU$2.7 billion. Projects included the Myer Melbourne/Emporium project in Melbourne CBD, the last four stages of Australia’s most successful shopping centre Chadstone in Melbourne, as well as major projects at Chatswood Chase in Sydney and Rockingham in Perth.



    Key areas of responsibility:

    Richard provides guidance to Titanium Property Investment in all areas of property investment, development, leasing and management.

    Industry background:

    Richard has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and has extensive expertise in property development and asset management. Much of this expertise was acquired through a 10 year career at Taubman Centers Asia market entry, Taubman Asia. Richard held the position of Vice President Development. Prior to relocating to Asia he held senior development and asset management roles at Stockland, AMP, and Schroders.

    During his time in Asia Richard led the Taubman development team in the successful delivery of projects in Macau, China and South Korea with a combined value more than US$3 billion. The Macau project was an integrated casino resort, Studio City, that included luxury retail, extensive F&B, two hotel towers, stadium, and 400 table casino. The China projects were in the cities of Xian and Zhengzhou, each with a GLA of approximately 100,000sqm, 250 shops, and cost approximately $300 million each. The project in Seoul, Starfield Hanam, has a GLA of 160,000sqm (Constructed area 450,000sqm), 280 shops, and 6,000 car spaces. Development cost was approximately US$1 billion. The project included significant experiential spaces including indoor / outdoor swimming pools, Korean spa, Sports Monster activity Center, latest concept Mega Box multiplex cinema, and more than 100 food and beverage choices.


    BRUCE SEDGWICK - Director

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Bruce provides guidance to Titanium Property Investment in areas of property Retail property planning, development, leasing and Retailer advocancy.

    Industry background:

    Bruce has held several senior executive positions across Development, Leasing and Asset Management, over his career that spans the last 30 plus years.

    Bruce was previously the NSW Leasing Director with JLW, National Leasing Manager with Lend Lease, Project Leasing Director - Development, Head of Leasing - Retail, and National Leasing Director - Development & Strategy with GPT Group.

    In 2014, Bruce moved to Scentre Group as Regional General Manager Leasing NSW portfolio.

    With a career that spans 30 years and having worked for industry leaders such as Jones Lang Wootton, Lendlease, GPT and Scentre Group, Bruce, launched Sedgwick Leasing Solutions Pty Ltd in 2017 to leverage his extensive retailer advocacy and leasing capabilities. Focusing on core capabilities including development commercial assessments, retail/brand planning, project and operational leasing, retailer relationships, customer centricity and value creation for his various stakeholders & various clients.


    JUSTIN CHMIELEWSKI - Investment Manager

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Justin specialises in guidance on current and potential investments in the Ti Funds Management division while also providing financial analysis consulting for Ti Development projects.

    Industry background:

    Justin has over 10 years in investment and personal finance management experience. His expertise includes valuing equities, preparing financial models for investments and overall portfolio management.

    Originally from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States, Justin completed his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering (Optimisation) from Georgia Tech and recently earned his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management.

    Before moving to Australia, Justin worked across the US as a consultant in tax accounting optimisation software. Prior, he worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida on projects involving value engineering, financial analysis and statistical quality control.

    Last year, Justin started his own venture in personal finance general advisory and education.


    ALISON RODGERS - Consultant

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Alison provides guidance to Titanium Property in all areas of marketing and communication strategy and implementation.

    Industry background:

    Alison is an inspirational and respected marketing and communications leader with over 20 years experience.

    A graduate in hotel management and marketing, Alison has worked in senior marketing roles in hotels, tourism and property both in Sydney and New York.

    Alison has extensive experience in strategic brand marketing, innovative consumer and brand campaigns, brand development, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.

    In 2015 Alison launched her own freelance consultancy specialising in brand marketing, campaign and project management and strategic partnerships.


    DENIS CARRUTHERS - Consultant

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Denis specialises in providing advice and guidance across the retail property management sector.

    Industry background:

    Denis has over 40 years’ experience in the retail sector including 25 years as a specialist in shopping centre management at Westfield. His career includes four years as Westfield’s Director of Shopping Centre Management and Marketing in the UK overseeing a portfolio valued at £4.8 billion and managing key project centres such as Westfield London (£2.05 billion) and Westfield Derby (£408.3 million). Prior to his posting to the UK, Denis was Regional General Manager for the Westfield portfolio of centres in Victoria, ACT and South Australia with a total value of approximately AU$4.4 billion.

    Since leaving Westfield, Denis has been providing consulting services to retail property organisations in Australia and South East Asia.


    MATT PROCTER - Consultant

    Key areas of responsibility:

    Agriculture Fund

    Industry background:

    Matt has joined the Titanium Agricultural Fund after successfully managing businesses associated with one of Australia's largest manufacturers of consumables for the past 13 years. Matt comes to us with a wealth of knowledge & experience in both managing people and operations in this sector.

    After graduating from Marcus Oldham College Matt spent 10 years managing the family beef operation along with a civil engineering business. Matt has worked in numerous states and Territories within Australia where he has gained a great insight into the Agricultural Sector.

    Matt is now working with Titanium and offering strategic advice on their Agricultural Property Fund.
