In 2020, Greenfields Development Company, owned by the Perich family, engaged Titanium to assist with the stage three development of Oran Park, in Southwestern Sydney. The site includes a town centre and Oran Park Podium, a Woolworths supermarket-based centre of almost 10,000 sqm.

The next stage involves nearly 16,000 sqm of additional retail space and a 9,000 sqm hotel. Titanium has helped develop the strategic plan for this stage, guiding the master planning and the design development. Titanium will be responsible for the retail leasing with a target opening date of September 2023.
