In late 2017, Bevilles Jewellers approached Titanium to assist with their lease negotiations across their portfolio of 25 stores. Despite solid sales growth, the average occupancy cost was high and no longer sustainable for the group. Not wanting to lose any sites, Bevilles enlisted Titanium with the goal of maintaining stores whilst reducing occupancy cost. Through strong relationships with major landlords, and a sound collaborative strategy, Titanium successfully renewed the portfolio. Underperforming sites were moved to better locations and an additional four sites were added to the portfolio.
At the height of COVID-19, Bevilles Jewellers again entrusted Titanium with their negotiations and we successfully negotiated an assistance package to meet their business needs.
