In 2020, when struggling to secure high profile sites at affordable rents for new brand Gotcha Fresh Tea, EFC approached Titanium Property Investment for assistance. In a competitive market, the lack of premium sites was stifling their growth. Through Titanium’s strong relationships with major Australian and New Zealand landlords, Gotcha Fresh Tea has grown by 15 stores in the 7 months since our appointment. By achieving high profile locations and sustainable rents, the franchisor and franchisees could finally maximise their return on investment.

Based on the successful rollout of Gotcha Fresh Tea, EFC engaged Titanium again when developing a new restaurant concept aimed at major regional shopping centres. Recognising that the restaurants required faster service and smaller kitchens to handle a high customer turnover, Titanium assisted in the development of the group’s first ELP style restaurant called Someday. The new restaurant concept is set to launch in October 2021.
