Master planning, stakeholder management, financial modelling, strategic recommendations

In 2015, Titanium Property Investment was engaged by investment consortium Carsingha to develop a precinct wide masterplan for the Entertainment Quarter, transforming it into Sydney’s premier media, sporting, recreation, and entertainment precinct.

Titanium created a united vision for a successful and sustainable precinct, engaging with the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust and the Centennial Park Trust. The masterplan included sport, culture, education, and entertainment providers, as well as retailers and commercial operators. The key principles of the vision were to increase connectivity to other land users in the precinct including the SCG, Centennial Moore Park, and Oxford Street.

In addition, Titanium developed a proposal for the relocation of Channel 9, and a separate proposal for the potential relocation of Foxtel to the precinct. The team also prepared a bid lodged with the Centennial Park Trust for the incorporation of the Hall of Industries and Hordern Pavilion into the consortium’s landholding in line with the agreed masterplan.
