Master planning, financial modelling, strategic recommendations

Harbour Town Gold Coast is owned by three shareholders. In 2016 Titanium was engaged by Lendlease and Lewis Land to facilitate a staged masterplan with the objective to develop the asset in phases whilst limiting disruption to revenue and overall traffic flow. Titanium executives were engaged to prepare a 10-year masterplan including scope and feasibility studies. A development brief for new precinct options was prepared including financial models showing revenue, expenditure, and capital management.

The final masterplan detailed recommendations for the authority strategy, land acquisitions, anchor tenants and staging strategies. Lendlease and Lewis Land have implemented the first stage, a new $30-million dining and entertainment precinct, Harbour Town Eats. The plan comprised an additional 100,000 sqm of retail, commercial, tourism and hotel usage over the next decade.
