Master planning, vision and feasibility

In 2016 Macquarie Bank appointed Titanium to help it establish a project team for an unsolicited proposal for the development of the new metro station in Martin Place. A project team was formed to determine project strategy and feasibility whilst considering competing objectives for transport, commercial and retail uses. Titanium was integral in balancing these competing needs including those of the community and the City of Sydney. The key challenge lay in the master planning of the public space where functional delivery of all stakeholders’ needs must be addressed. An overall vision was developed which included convenient access, and amenities for occupants, customers, and commuters.

Throughout the unsolicited process, Titanium reviewed multiple design solutions and helped develop a cohesive master plan and multiple submissions to the NSW government.

Titanium provided the retail expertise, feasibility and strategic analysis to support the successful Macquarie Bank Unsolicited Proposal for the Martin Place Metro Station
