Gemma has over 17 years’ experience in Retail and Mixed use, Large Format Retail, Office and Industrial property development and a wide range of experience across the property industry. Prior to working at Titanium Property Investment Gemma worked as Senior Development Manager at Region Group who own and manage over 100 Shopping Centres around Australia and at The GPT Group on the second stage of Rouse Hill Town Centre and a new Town Centre at Sydney Olympic Park. In her previous roles, Gemma held senior positions in both private and public sector companies, Gemma has extensive experience in airport development, capital transactions, asset management, site analysis and opportunity identification, master planning, retail planning, leasing, major retail relationships, cost control and feasibility analysis and placemaking retail strategies.
Gemma holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney.
